TRIPS

Our crew is ready to provide you with an exciting day of deep sea fishing and there are many options to choose from. When you give us a call we will let you know what fish are biting the best but of course the choice is yours as to what type of trip to take. Here are the trips we offer:

Bottom Fishing For Grouper, Snapper & Amberjack (Full Day Only)
Offshore Trolling For Primarily Dolphin (mahi-mahi), Wahoo & Sailfish (Full or Half Day)
Live Baiting For Kingfish and other pelagic species (Full or Half Day)
Sight Fishing For Cobia & Tripletail (SEASONAL) (Full or Half Day)
Shark Fishing (Full, Half or 4 Hour Evening Shark Trip)

RATES

Full Day - 9 hours - Boat Leaves at 7am and returns at 4pm - $800 for 4 persons- $50.00 each additional - 6 maximum
Half Day - 5 hours - Boat Leaves anytime from 7am to 11am and returns 5 hours from departure - $650 for 4 persons- $40.00 each additional - 6 maximum
Evening Shark Trip - 4 hours - Boat leaves between 6pm and 7pm and returns 4 hours from departure - $350.00 for 4 persons - $35 each additional - 6 maximum

DEPOSITS, PAYMENTS & RESERVATIONS

We require a $200 deposit to reserve a day fishing aboard the HeadHunter. The deposit can be paid by Check or we can accept Visa or Mastercard. Your credit card will only be processed if you cancel within 48 hours of the reserved date or if you do not show the day of the charter.

If you cancel 48 hours or more prior to the day of the reservation we will refund your deposit if paid by check.

HeadHunter will only run charters if the weather forecast is calling for favorable weather. No charter will be run if NOAA is calling for a small craft advisory. Should HeadHunter decide the weather does not permit fishing on your reservation date your deposit will be returned. Trips that must be shortened (HeadHunter decision) due to unfavorable weather will be discounted accordingly.

The balance of the payment is due upon arriving at the dock at the end of the charter. Of course, prepayment is acceptable.

PLEASE NOTE: The trip rate does not include the captain's and mate's (if applicable) tip. It is a standard procedure in the charter industry to tip the crew 15-20% for quality service. Our crew works hard each charter and the tip is the majority of their income.

ADDITIONAL INFO:

THINGS WE PROVIDE: An experienced easy going crew, Ice, Bait, Tackle, Rods & Real, Fish Fighting Gear, Fishing license for entire charter, ice box for your drinks and food, and fish cleaning,

THINGS YOU SHOULD BRING: Food, Drink (beer is acceptable, no liquor), Clothes that can be ruined, Sunscreen, Non slip shoes/sandals, Headwear, Sunglasses (Polarized if you have them), Cooler to take home fish in, Plastic bags for the fish fillets, Rags/Towels to wipe your hands on.

CHILDREN: We love kids but we only accepted children 8 years and older please. All Children 8- 12 must wear a life jacket the entire trip. Our life jackets are not very comfortable and we suggest bringing a left vest style jacket for your child.
